    What is included in the venue rental rate?

    The accommodation and breakfast and the exclusive use of all our facilities all charges (electricity, water, heating, air-conditioning, final cleaning) and tax (TVA) except the local tourist tax. The venue fee. A complimentary stay bonus for two persons in view of the wedding planner.

    Can you have a legal civil ceremony at the venue?

    Yes Casa Cornacchi is an official ground of the local municipality of Bucine (Arezzo). The Town Hall fee is not included in the venue rental.

    What is the booking procedure?

    You will receive a copy of our standard contract for the exclusive rental of Casa Cornacchi with all terms and conditions. If you agree with that you will send a signed copy along with the payment of a deposit. The deposit required is 25% of the entire rental cost until 12 months prior check in date and 50% of the entire rental cost within 12 months prior check in date. The balance is due 4 months prior to the check in date. The deposits are not refundable after the due date.

    What is the option policy?

    We don't keep options without a formal and financial commitment. Once you commit to book you are allowed 3 days to review/sign the contract and send the initial deposit.

    Would guests be able to pay directly for their stay?

    No, the property is rented as a whole and we will issue a rental contract between the property and a single rental party. Unfortunately it won't be possible to split the payment between participants so you need to collect the fund from participants (i.e. setting up a dedicated debit card or bank account).

    Will you help me with the organization of the wedding?

    We will use all our 20+ years of experience and knowledge to advise you on organizing your wedding. We can also facilitate a list of vendors and wedding-related service providers with whom we successfully worked in the past i.e. photographer, music DJs etc.

    Is there any restriction in playing music at night?

    Yes, the time limit for partying is 1am

    Rules for the provision of services

    Get the rules after sending the request.25% of the total accommodation amount due, to be paid upon acceptance of the rental agreement 25% of the total accommodation amount due, to be paid no later than 12 MONTHS PRIOR CHECK IN 50% of the total accommodation amount due to be paid by 4 MONTHS PRIOR CHECK IN These amounts are meant as venue reservation progressive billing and non refundable under any circumstance after the payment due date.
