Photographer in Rome Fabrizio Musolino

The customer can withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of signing the same without anything being owed to the photographer and with full refund of the deposit paid. Subsequent cancellations will be regulated as follows: - from the 14th day from the signing of this agreement to 60 days before the wedding date, the photographer Fabrizio Musolino will be able to withhold the entire amount of the deposit paid; - from the 59th to the 20th day before the wedding date, the photographer Fabrizio Musolino will be entitled to payment of 40% of the total fee agreed as a loss of earnings; - in the 19 days prior to the wedding date, Fabrizio Musolino's photographic studio will be entitled to payment of 60% of the total fee agreed as a loss of earnings. In the event that Fabrizio Musolino's photographic studio renounces the execution of the service, the following cancellation procedures are agreed: - if the renunciation is communicated within 90 days before the wedding date, the paid deposit will be returned; - if the renunciation is communicated from the 89th to the 60th day before the date of matriculation monio, double the deposit paid will be returned; - if the renunciation is communicated from the 59th to the 20th day before the date of marriage monio, in addition to the payment of double the deposit, Fabrizio Musolino's photographic studio undertakes to suggest to the spouses a colleague of adequate level in order to replace him for the realization of the photographic service; - the renunciation in the 19 days prior to the wedding date can only be communicated due to serious documented impediment of the Photographic Studio of Fabrizio Musolino and will involve, at the expense of the Photographic Studio/ Fabrizio Musolino, in addition to the payment of double the deposit, the commitment to suggest to the spouses a col- alloy of an adequate level in order to replace it for the realization of the fo- tographic;

Payments will be refunded in full if there are more than 90 days remaining before the event
