• We only use high quality flowers and materials. • All prices are NOT inclusive of transport, deliveries, setup and dismantling. • The withdrawal of our materials by our staff will take place no later than 02.00 a.m. The extension of the withdrawal must be agreed upon and quoted. • The delivery of the bridal bouquet and all other floral accessories is included if delivered to the ceremony location. Any deliveries beyond this area must be quoted. • Any moving of materials or flower arrangements or changes in the movement of the materials must be agreed upon and quoted extra. • VAT 10% is not included. • Each composition will have the appropriate size according to location and situation. • All equipment and structures used for the preparation are to be considered on loan to use for the day of the event. • The project will be valid for 30 days starting from the delivery date. In the absence of a confirmation we will consider ourselves free from any commitment. • The availability of the proposed materials will be confirmed only at the time of the final definition of the project and of the payment of the deposit. • It is not possible to change the project over the last 20 days. • The presence of our staff ends with the lighting of candles at the table. Any need for an extension of our presence at the event must be agreed and quoted. • In order to confirm our services we require a non-refundable deposit of 30% at the time of booking. The outstanding balance will be due 10 days prior the wedding
